Summer Infant Monitor Recall
I have two of these monitors and can confirm that the power cords are wayyyy too long. They're recalling some 1.5 million of them--but I think they are basically just going to provide new labeling and usage instructions. I do not think they are going to replace them. They should, um, probably consider shortening the cord and/or provide new cords to people impacted by the recall. In my humble opinion, this isn't really a "recall" -- it's more like a public service announcement so they don't get sued anymore.

A couple of great deals to share on this gloomy Friday...
Ok, you're probably thinking, "Man, this girl shops a lot" and that wouldn't be completely untrue. I do tend to shop online more in the winter seeing as that I HATE the cold and carting two kids around in this weather is misery. Also, when I see a good deal for new moms or moms-to-be I feel compelled to pass it on.
